My name is Sara Kraft. I am passionate about providing educational social work support to children, adolescents and families. 

 

I have created this website/portfolio in order to provide a comprehensive guide to my professional background, career objectives and overall philosophy.
 

Who is Sara Kraft?

 

I am an educational Social Worker, a proud mother of 3 boys and a Bernedoodle named Kody and a happily married wife for over 25 years.  

 

I received both a Bachelors of Social Work (BSW) and a Masters in Social Work (MSW). 

​

Subsequently, I have worked 20+ years as a Social Worker providing support in a school setting. 

 

I am at my best when I am working with others to build skills and support families in the process.
